Privacy notice overview

This website is operated by Syno Compute X LLC (Austin, TX, US) and Syno Compute Co., Ltd. (Taipei, Taiwan). For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

Our principle:We process only data needed to provide the site, respond to requests and improve content. We do not sell personal data or use site measurement for advertising.

Contact form

When you submit an exploration request we process: name, company, work email, role, problem description, region and preferred language. Purpose: responding to your request and follow-up you agree to. The data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and a reasonable record period, and is never sold or used for advertising.

Fields you provide

  • Name, company, work email and role.
  • Problem description, region and preferred language.
  • Form consent status, submission time and necessary processing records.

Anonymous measurement (consent required)

Only after you consent, we record first-party, anonymous page statistics: path, referrer domain, browser type and a daily anonymous hash (no name, no cross-site tracking, no advertising platforms). Records are automatically deleted after at most 400 days. You can change your choice at any time on the tracking-preferences page. Search-engine crawler visits are counted as non-personal operational data.

Cookies and local storage

Essential: language preference (cookie), consent choice (cookie), admin sign-in (cookie, administrators only), theme preference (browser local storage). No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking are used; the only third-party service is the Google map on the About Syno page, described in the next section.

Site measurement:First-party anonymous measurement does not require an additional analytics cookie, and human views are written only after explicit consent.

Third-party embed: Google Maps

The About Syno page embeds Google Maps to show the Taipei and Austin operating locations. When you open that page your browser requests map resources directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies or local storage; that processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and is outside our control. This is the only third-party service on the site and it appears on that page alone — every other page makes no request to any external domain. If you prefer not to connect to Google you can block the domain in your browser: the full addresses and contact details of both locations remain readable even when the map does not load. The full disclosure is in the third-party services section of the trust centre.

Scope:The About Syno page only. The Content Security Policy admits just the hosts Google Maps needs and blocks every other external origin; no other page makes an outbound request.

External links are governed by the destination site's own privacy practices.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via [email protected]. We will explain any legal retention exception that applies.

When making a request

To prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may need to verify identity and scope. Anonymous traffic records may not be attributable to a person without corresponding identifying information.
